If you’re anything like us, you work out best when you forget you’re working out. You know–workouts that masquerade themselves as something fun, like Spinning to house music, doing yoga followed by a nice long Shavasana, or taking circuit classes where the exercise changes every few minutes.
Which is why the following workout sounds awesome.
On Saturday, November 16, South Boston Yoga will host a tandem bootcamp-yoga class designed to show off the benefits of doing both. You’ll start your day with a 60-minute bootcamp-style class, take a quick breather, and then head into a 90-minute hot yoga class, and end the morning with well-earned refreshments. OK, so it might be a bit of an aggressive way to start a Saturday morning, but hey, maybe you’ll discover a new workout you love, or get inspired to kick of a new healthy lifestyle.
