Last week, I went to the Boston grand opening/150th anniversary party for The Frye Company. I was super excited to celebrate with them, not only because they make gorgeous boots (like this amazing new addition to my closet, the Engineer 12 R in Whiskey from the anniversary collection), but also ’cause the company was founded it Massachusetts (but mostly because of the beautiful boots).
I’m not the only Frye superfan in town, because the party had a great turnout. L&C photog Andrew Wang was also on hand to document the night, so without further ado, here are a few of his photos.
This scene was a frequent one during the night.
Partygoers Elizabeth Sheerin and Kristin Ro.
Me and Becky again. She’s the coolest.
The more beer you drink, the cheaper the boots get.
Soundtrack was provided by Blondfire, an awesome indie band out of LA.
Aaaand more trying on.
Boots in a row. How much do you want to bet I wear these every day until April?
