Minimalism was the theme of Erin Barr’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, and the overall vision came together beautifully with her linear red, black, white, and grey dresses with high slits. Her collection was very wearable and exuded classy, sexy retro glamour. The presentation itself was eclectic: her Spring/Summer 2013 line was presented by ten models in a studio space adorned with retro furniture, a record player and classic books. Models wore very natural makeup and were sans accessories save for cat-eyed sunglasses and spectacles by Moscot vintage eyewear (which we’re now HUGE fans of, btw). The models seductively walked through the set to a beat of slow jazz playing in the background, all of their actions looking very smart and calculated, mimicking the collection itself.
