LuxBar, which has always been one of my favorite places for a phenomenal meal, complete with life-changing truffle fries (seriously, life changing!), has now unveiled their list of fall cocktails. As if Chicagoans needed another reason to visit this Gold Coast hot spot! Principal Bartender, Matthew “Choo” Lipsky has some unique and wonderful flavor combinations up his sleeve, and from one “Lux” to another, we have to say…Yum!
The cocktails are not just delicious, but also (kind of sort of) nutritious! They feature fresh fruit elements like apple juice and pear nectar that are sourced locally and organically wherever possible.
