Gone are the days that activewear is reserved exclusively for spin class- we’re sporting yoga pants to the grocery store, dressing up our athleisure for brunch on Saturdays and I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve fooled co-workers into thinking my favorite pair of leggings are corporate chic. We’re juggling schedules, balancing work with a social life, all while trying to stay healthy and achieve that ever-elusive eight hours of sleep: ain’t nobody got time for heels. My top needs to transfer effortlessly from running errands to running on the treadmill and you know I want to look cute doing it.
Because I practically live in my activewear, I’ve tried my fair share of brands. From some bold, but lower quality Forever 21 pieces to my highly esteemed Lululemon gear, there are drawers upon drawers in my closet devoted to my activewear. And as any girl who’s hoping my butt looks just as cute as it feels comfy, I’m constantly in pursuit of new brands that transitions with me throughout my days.
Enter Titika: A brand specializing in active couture that wants you to look your best even when you put in the least effort. It’s high quality, but still affordable, and honestly, I’ve never gotten so many compliments at Barry’s Bootcamp than I did in my Suli II Reflective Running Crop Top (I am obsessed).
From their sports bras to outerwear and workout tops, AHEM, HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT MY FAVORITE RUNNING CROP TOP THAT I HAVEN’T REMOVED FROM MY BODY IN 4 DAYS, their line is seriously a motivating factor that has been getting my booty to the gym (does anyone else get majorly motivated when they have new, cute workout gear?).
I think more and more I’ve come to realize how much fashion is how you feel about yourself in what you’re wearing- my favorite thing about this brand is how I feel when I’m wearing it. With bold cutouts, but a fit that only comes from high quality workout gear, I feel so genuinely good about my body in these pieces. And that’s why I think this activewear brand is such a standout from others for me.
Here are some of the items waiting in my Titika cart for my next shopping binge;) What are other activewear brands that you guys are loving right now?
