Since we coined January the self-improvement month, we’re focusing heavily on healthy eating as we kick off 2014.
One thing that doesn’t exactly jump to mind when we think about eating right: Dining out. Restaurants can be a nightmare (how many calories are in that one appetizer?!) when you’re trying to stay healthy. But, as hard as we’re trying to stay on the nutrition train, we still like to have fun. Luckily, Boston has tons of healthy dining options around the city, so you don’t have to worry about choosing healthiness over happiness. Where are these places? We did some digging and put together a list of ten delicious healthy dining options around town. Whether it’s a quaint coffeehouse that you can grab lunch in, or a full-on vegan restaurant, these places will not disappoint your palate, or your scale!
